Burke Mountain好像传统强项就是racing。以前我去burke滑的时候，经常看到大型racing比赛。

现在想想，我这两年在burke，坐缆车的时候往下看到在比赛的，还真有世界冠军。

施大小姐都不知，岂不白混了？这个视频是我最喜欢的之一，很抒情。

我怎么脚的头两个弯（最开始半个不算），施大小姐在phase 3加压之后，都有继续转腿呢。

牛老板怎么看？

没看出来啊，板弯曲时，可能还是自转呢：-）
空中TRANSITION时，肯定是PIVOTING了。。。。。

常hold的住

曲缩时，玉腿往前压鞋舌，脚踝的角度变小，相对支持轴来说就是在转板， 这是通常low C滑圆的方法。

昨天被教了一个和板凳楼里面类似的练习，学校内部叫他Ross‘s hop turn，原因是CSIA牛人Ross喜欢用这个练习带学生，挑战平衡、转腿、站姿等等。
