先轉彎還是先插桿?

看来是个难题。看到两种说法都有。记得Josh Foster有个Tip说是end of turn.
感觉好像pole planting initiate turn顺一点。
出老弯，起手initiate pole planting, transition, pole点地(或虚点)，绕杆turn,出弯。

图上看起来touch at the end of P1, but initiated pole planting at the beginning of p1. Nothing state clearly in CSIA doc.?

这个党章不错。

注意0‘16” - touch snow, almost at the same time crossing over.

另外注意1‘16“ 右手在phase 3已开始swing pole forward.
