In addition,
It's the same scenario as your parents coming to visit you in Canada.
We all know they are law-abiding Chinese citizens and won't stay illegally in Canada yet they still need to go through all these
enforced by Canada. How do you comment on that?

this means the China government is more humane than  the Us/Canada government.
At least they don't reject visa application for visiting families... don't you think so?

is such a biased statement. I'm talking about specifically this case:
allowing law-abiding foreigners to visit their families....
I have never heard anyone (ordinary people like myself) around me got rejected to visit China.
However, I've heard enough of  visa application to enter Canada being rejected even for attending wedding, short visit....

focus on visa application, I don't think China is doing worse than what Canada/US does.

But many people just blindly attack China, demonize china....

Western countries were still in slavery not long ago if you image a country/government only based on its past.
