I plan to go earlier in the week as I am going to Ottawa mid week (wed and Thursday) that week so i can leave from Ottawa to go up to Tremblant on Thursday evening.   I can meet you guys there on the weekend.

Comfort is on 117 and is quite convenient.  Right next to it is a place where the kids can slide down on snow tubing so you have activities at night too even though Tremblant has no night skiing.   There are three supermarkets nearby like Provigo (like loblaws), IGA etc. and there is alos a smoked meat place nearby all within walking distance.

You really do not bbq venison.  It has no fat. It is muscle meat.  If you make meat pie with venison meat you need to mix in pork to give it more moisture.

How is the snow at Blue ?   The snow condition here at Tremblant is excellent.

Yeah Bpower I intend to go .  I should be OK with my other eye then (2 weeks after surgery)but will be able to do only easy runs becuase I find my balance is affected ( perhpas by the medicine I am still taking).   I intend to go up to Ottawa and then go from there to Tremblant.  Perhpas I will see you guys up there.

No problem. Thanks for your well wishes.  I needed the surgery to be able to see.  Operate on one eye first then the other if the first one goes well.   I can see well from one eye now but not the other.  So by Feb 16 17 I should be able to see well and can ski that weekend (hopefully!).  But doctor said I should not push it as it would still be recovering by then.   Night skiing is better.  For daytime like going to Tremblant I may have to buy another pair of darker goggles.  Would you be going?  I can see you there.
