Love this post! Beautiful pictures. I lived in Boulder for three years and I can see clearly the 3rd Flatiron ( from the right counting left) where I did my graduation climb! 2000 ft right there. Sunday was busy days there and cameras and other things fell down all the times from the climbers above. Summer weekends go rock climbing and backpacking in the national forests, sleep out in the woods, and fishing. Winter all the ski slopeshills nearby, downhill and ski touring. Life is never the same after I left Boulder. I had mountains pictures all around my apartment when I first arrived in Toronto and think of sleeping in the balcony or do bivouing out there. Love Colorado and its 14ners. I remember CU and my old lab at the Electrical Engineering Department. My days in Boulder were well spent but I do not have e-photos - they are only in my album. R is good in writing journals. I am not good at that but they are in my memory. |
