Have a toast before going to bed. Also cooling down - like not doing much exciting stuff before bedtime for an hour. I usually read for 5 minutes and that puts me right to bed. However read something nice like travel brochure etc. Light music also helps. Also having nice bedsheets, take a shower before bedtime are all relaxing things to send you into sweet dreams. Also make sure the room is dark. That way the seratonin will be produced byt he body to rejuvenate you.
