You can put the jungtze in the freezer too and then take it out defrost and steam it again for dinner. My aunts used to make a lot of jungtze in Canada and give to the relatives. She lived till 96 before she passed away a couple of years ago in Vancouver. I remember her jungtze very well. Unfortunately I never learned to make it. If there is opportunity I will learn it from you.
