CSIA是1938年成立的,总部在Montreal,总共有六个Regional Branch: BC, Alberta, Central, Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic. 除了adminstrative committees外,还有Steering Committee(主要是设置课程大纲、教学内容、ski的新技术等),Regional Committees (主要handle regional events and level 1 courses), International Committee (主要是为了building relationship with other ski nation)。
The CSIA sets the standard for the profession of ski teaching。
Turning with the Lower Body(转弯的发力点应该是在下半身,上下半身应该是分离的,成一个counter rotation姿势, just means using the legs and feet to initiate the steering of the skis.
border=0 />
再来段小回的视频,看看高手们滑小回转时,上身是多么的稳定,几乎一直都是正对着山下面的,仅靠两条腿在发力转弯("Upper and lower body separation," as used in skiing, is when the upper body is kept relatively stationary, while the legs turn the skis from side to side)。
Some counter rotation while skiing allows you to create much bigger angles in your body segments which in turn will allows you to balance on your edges much more effectively. It also makes it possible to create much larger edge angles with your skis on the snow when necessary.
这和很多因素有关,比如说 equipment you are using, the snow conditions, the speed of travel, ski performance etc, 不过,最大的相关因素是你想转多大的弯,你的turn shape是怎么样的。
Balance on the Edge 为了使skier更好地控板和掌握平衡,应该把重心主要放在外脚(outside / downhill ski) 上(外脚应该承重100% weigt 到50% weight, depend on situation)。The natural separtaion between the upper and lower body created by the turning of the lower body lets the skier angulate to increase steering and edge grip.
请看图: border=0 /> Inclination refers to the line of lateral balance between BOS (base of support) and COM (center of mass). This degree of lean counterracts the forces of the turn. Angulation is the bending of body segments as the skier inclines, controlled by the use of ankles, knees and hips, it keeps the skier in balance against the edges and lets the skier produce edge angles that are greather than what can be achieved with inclination alone.
第三阶段(Narrow Steering With Up Move):
