多谢Nate。表达得已经够清楚了,只是不知道听懂了多少。去年你和阿慢的诊断有许多我今年才有所领悟,自觉这是最大的进步。
我从其他渠道了解得信息基本上印证你说的,inclination和angulation是要结合使用,而程度是随许多条件,比如坡度,速度,雪况以至于身体条件变化的。
续问:
1。CSIA强调肩膀level up, 我理解是两肩延长线平行于雪面,这是不是主要针对小回转的时候要求的?如果我在滑medium或者更大的圈,就不应该拘泥于这个要求而适当地运用inclination了?
2。我记得以前读到的有两句话跟你的想法一致。综合起来,似乎可以理解成:inclination在turn initiation阶段更有效,而angulation在后期作用更大?
Too much edging in the initial stage of the turn would result in the early "edge lock"which is slow. Properly performed inclination allows a racer to achieve higher degree of edging progressively throughout first half of a turn without locking the edge prematurely and slowing down.

Often considered an edging movement, angulation in reality just compliments inclination. It serves for maintaining an edge grip when forces build up in a second part of a turn.
3。“outside leg和angulation有更多关联,inside leg却是lead inclination的。如果你可以试着多一点inclination,尤其是在phase one时(即是用inside leg去initialize turn,或者early tipping by HH),你可能会对turn有新的感觉。”
Q1: “inside leg却是lead inclination的”。我不知道理解得对不对,以前看HH说,turn 开始的时候,只有inside leg actively flex才能有效地把身体重心放在合适位置上(也就是别人说的proper projection,身体重心向前向内,相对雪板靠向下一个turn的圆心方向),这本身说的也是inclination吧?
Q2: "用inside leg去initialize turn", 这个说的是HH提到的Von Grunigen Move么?
BTW,你说的“用inside ski"滑雪,深以为然,两年前snowspring就曾经提到过,不过那时候我的感触没有今年深。
