I could be dehydrated if I ski a lot and  sweat a lot.  I agree with PT that drinking water is the best. I do not drink the energy drink but I would eat something as well.  You can get very thirsty after skiing.  The worst thing is to have alcohol.  During the Ski convention after the skiing sessions, the convention would provide a lot of water for people to drink during the indoor session.

I always carry a bottle of Gatorade in my pocket. I heard it contains some essential elements required by the body in sports, which water can't supply.  发表于 2011-2-7 20:20

I think it is fine to drink some gatorade because I heard it contains some electrolyes.    However I find that since I am eating something too then water is fine.   I will not just drink Gatorade though.  I always drink plenty of water.   However if it works for you it will probably OK.  But with BP he was still thirsty after drinking energy drinks.  Then maybe he just needs more water, I think.

如果大量出汗的话,那就和snowspring说的一样,需要补电解质了。

我刚开始健身的时候,有一段时间不知道需要补电解质,曾今有耳鸣、浑身无力的经历。后来才知道大量出汗之后需要补充电解质。你可以去GNC里面买专门补充电解质饮料,也可以去超市和MEC买运动饮料,好几个牌子都有粉末大罐装,买回来之后自己兑水。
