Harb的三張DVD教學片我都有。我個人挺喜歡他的教學方式。

你剛從snowspring收到的東西會不會是Harb的Performance Free Skiing DVD。如果是的話，我倒是很有興趣瞧一瞧。

我看人家是通过下蹲靠膝盖来换刃。LULU是双腿太直了，通过扭胯骨来换刃，俗称“扭屁股”。

snowman 开车给我上了一路harb课程，明白lulu为啥不 pizza了，lulu有滑冰的基础，我觉得很聪明选择这样学习。lulu go!!!！！！我要向lulu学习，我的字典中要忘记pizza, 不过不扭屁股，那太高级了，先学新疆舞：）

It seems like you have a good understanding of Harb's teaching method already. Interesting how you have observed Lulu and used that as an example.

听说PMTS，小回转练到高级阶段后，turn之间的切换不是像传统的靠身体的up and down movement，而是靠bending膝盖来实现刃的切换，上身基本不起伏。当时更不会扭屁股。
