This conclusion goes back to the old question about whether we should do things that are risky or not. This board is for ski and snowboard fans, and in general we are also fans of other sports. Sport fans are inheritably more used to risky things, because those are usually the things we love, hence more likely to get hurt than the others. But why are there still a lot of skiers, mountaineers, and other risky sport fans? I know I’m going to hurt; and I know when that happens I’m going to regret about the stupid mistake I will make; Sometimes I even think that I may die trying (to do the things that I love), and my family will be very sad if that happens. But will I stop, no, I can’t imagine to just giving up without even try. If I just look at this board, this is the sport that let us met; This is the sport we all share the same passion with; This is the sport that let me know some dear friends; This is the sport that makes me feel alive in Winter; And last but not least, this is not just a sport, this is a part of who we are. Without it, we are nothing. I can’t live a life without risk but also without the things we love. We may learn to better manage the risks in our activities, but I’ll never dream of giving them up |
