Colorado’s Vail Resorts to buy Whistler Blackcomb
The U.S. company has offered $1.4 billion in cash and Vail stock to the B.C. ski area’s shareholders, acquiring the iconic, Olympic-grade facility in a friendly deal announced on Monday.
