其实呢，也不是要做到录像里那么好，但意识上要有，也就是说人家练八字练的是雪感和从刚一开始滑雪就巩固这方面的意识，
想想这里许多人练八字的目的，不是培养这些意识，而是尽量快点平行，去蓝道，去黑道。。。

哎呀，苗头有点不对了，明天满山八字求把脉咋办呢？

八字是一种练习方式，不见得是最好，最适合的，把它当一个drill好了

想当年俺师傅给俺说：滑雪到了一定程度， 会有一段时间觉得自己在退步。


现在案彻底相信了， 今年俺就觉得俺一直不进步， 还有退步的嫌疑

好主意，俺周日整一段，上次集体把脉整了一段，不幸被熊导给cut了
