作为参考,发J.F.的一个小片片,看看这位c的四级是怎样讲的。c有关的各种视频中,鄙人偏爱J.F的,讲话比较直接,不像多数同志那么曲里拐弯,云山雾罩的,比如gillies老爹……其人对各种技术体系也持开放态度,对奥地利式转换前压前板技术的那个讲解很棒,对做cross through很有帮助。
因为知道发出来也不会有人细看(俄自己都不),索性把关键点听写出来,方便讨论。废话去掉,以下是视频55秒之后的内容:
when i think of being tactical with my edges i think of 3 things, i think of a skidded turn, a steered turn, and a carved turn.
for gives a little bit of all-mountain situations, some small bumps, and kind of in and out of the trees a little bit, you know so in term of edge performance, the tactic i'm taking here is maybe a little bit more of skidded turn. here i don't really want to lay the skis over, especially in and out of these trees, maybe skidding through a couple of these openings might be a good approach here from a tactical stand point.
so here i'm in big wide open pitch, and needs a little bit more of steered turn, as it can help me control and maintain my speed and get amount of edge grip that way too.
lastly probably my favorite one is the carved turn. i use the side-cut of the skis and i really get that flex happening and load up that outside foot and get lots of energy.
i sometimes use a skidded turn in all-mountain situation where i don't want get going too quickly, helps me control my speed maybe in the trees and steeps. i use the steered turn when i wanna control and maintain my speed, more often in a not so...in a wide open pitch or situation like that. the last one i use a carved turn when i wanna get go really quick and ramp up the performance.
那么我们可以看出至少在J.F.这个c的四级的逻辑里,steering,只是用于对付某些特定情况的滑雪技术手段之一,所谓tool box里的一个工具。
根据雪道雪况的差别,用到三种技术手段,skidding,steering,和carving。
skidding描绘的是结果,达至这种结果的方法,个人觉得就是pivoting,以脚为轴心转动雪板,后板向前送,用两条板的金属边,搓。
steering是pivoting和carving的中间状态,杂糅两者,立刃刻的同时有小幅度的扭转调整,是一个审慎的微妙的转弯方法。
carving地球人都知道了,不用废话。
1分54秒之后,用slow motion综合讲解三者那段,能够看到的一个显著的不同是,前两者,transition部分,都是非常典型的所谓cross over,up-unweighting,起落起。到了carving,则基本上是cross through,flex双腿的转换,纵轴上的重心变化很小,因而非常接近HH的flexing+tipping了。
所以说鄙人的三脚猫经验,加上一通瞎看胡猜,所得来的技术概念(假如称得上的话),都不支持把steering,当做滑雪技术的整体,去构架描绘。 |
