回面条雪  说得更直白一点，pmts最基本的宗旨是用内腿带动外腿立刃转弯，立刃初期外腿完全被动，不知道每个csia的人的每个弯是否都是这么滑的？  发表于 1 分钟前

HH system 还没搞清楚，又来了一个PMTS。可否推荐书或DVD，I am hungry to learn.
