滑的越快，所在坡度越陡，空气阻力的影响就会越来越大。

到了一定程度吧，雪板阻力就是个屌丝青年

洗涤灵不是为了快，而恰恰相反是为了拐弯和控速，既然是为控速，摩擦是好东西。

there two ways to control speed
braking and turning
I'm talking about turning, making quick and tight turns is a good way for speed control -
just like what Mike said in the video.
the friction I'm talking about makes an impact on the efficiency of turning

you did not get my point.

I'm not talking about the speed a skier travels at.

speed control refers to the speed down hill , NOT the speed a skier travels at

you may need actually accelerate the speed across the fall line
to get better speed control in direction of fall line

the quicker you turn, the better control you can achieve on speed downhill.

the expert short radius turns/AP,
the skier travels at a very high speed
but they indeed control the downhill speed very well on steep

on the other hand, if I try to ski short radius turns,
I gradually gain speed downhill, my turn shape becomes longer and wider after every one or two turns
and finally lose control, I have to brake or I fall

I had some video taken @ sugerbush
on black/blue runs, I tried short turns and lost control
the cameraman (or lady) freshair said, let's cut it:-)

then we moved to a green run
