Right on!   For us skiers/snowboarders  the song " One day when we were young , one beautiful morning in May....You told me your loved me, one beautiful monring in May...."  but the snow in the May monring is no more!  Our beloved winter is gone! We waste our youth in the snow and that's how it goes - like Leonard Cohen would say if he were a skier!

Thanks Bearpaw for your kind concern. Nice to meet you indeed!   No I am not feeling blue at all.  I am very happy to say that in only another 8 months time, winter will be here again!  Great news indeed.  Summer of course is a ncie time with golfing, canoeing, biking, hiking and cottaging etc etc and there aren't enough summer days but winter is the winner!   Year after year, it never fails to return - and you can depend on that!  Times passes by so fast because winter keeps returning in no time at all. Aren't we lucky or what!
