现代疫苗其实没有任何毒性，像我们常见的流感，乙肝疫苗，其成分是蛋白质。
疫苗与“以毒攻毒”的比喻也不恰当，疫苗并不直接攻击病原（毒），而是诱导人体产生抗体来攻击病原。
疫苗的side effect 并不是由疫苗本身引起，而是由疫苗辅助剂引起。

my understanding is to use controlled dose of something  which might be harmful to human body to cure no matter by neutralization/direct target/or any other methods.

搞了半天这毒的定义就是“适当剂量的可能对人体有害的物质”。问题是世间万物都是“可能对人体有害的”，都是可以有副作用的，比如西瓜。所以任何药，不管中药还是西药，岂非都可以被定义为用来攻毒的“毒”。

我们文盲群众一般都认为毒应该是什么蝎子啦，响尾啦，七步倒啦，蒙牛啦。

从这个角度来说，你的逻辑当然是没啥错的。但这同时也说明了，”以毒攻毒“其实只是标题党。名字看着震撼，其实没有任何创意。

应该是原材料被污染了吧，这个无解。中药这种东东除非回到古代，没有工业，山青水秀，原材料才能有保证。

我都同意了“适当剂量的可能对人体有害的物质（比如西瓜）可以治病”是真理。
我只是认为：
这个所谓的真理根本没有任何技术含量，说了等于没有说，却通过什么“以毒攻毒”这种吓人的标题来暗示自己如何高深如何独特。饶了半天才发现世界上所有的药原来都可以定义成“以毒攻毒”，发明这种说法的人典型标题党，不值得我尊敬。

ignorant那是肯定的，本来书读的就少。这不今天学了很多知识么。

呵呵，俺对中药确实是一窍不通。
只是提醒大家不要吃了被污染或有害的药物。
俗话说病从口入，我们应该对我们自己的身体负责。特别是我们还有能力管管我们自己的身体。
