有人想玩Trampoline吗？

Trampoline I belieivei is very good for our llymphatic system becsides being used as a sport on its own or as a companion for freestyle skiing. However you have to have good instruction wiith coaches and people to spot your fall as well. I bought a small rebounder for the lymphatic system and use that to do balancing on a smaller scale - especialy pre ski season. I find it helpful.

BTW the small rebounder is also very good in training for skiing. You can stand there with one leg and do all the exercise as they do on that soft ball ( I saw the video on another post but I forgot where, I think it might be posted by Stormrider) for balance and strength exercise for leg muscles.

这个就是小朋友玩的蹦床吧．那天去MUSKOKA坐船，看见有人玩水上的，我觉得可能更适合我．

恩，是周四，课程时8:30-10:00，不过我一般7点就出发了，因为在那之前还顺便参加了一个健身项目，10点上完课后就回来
