我看了，仔仔细细地看了，这两天都在看。上回讨论爱不爱中国这一问题的时候，我也问自己，却没有答案，因为我已无法，或是不愿意，去定义”中国“。

这几天被这件事的前前后后弄得特别心酸，就这样神奇的政府，唯一擅长的其实就是催眠术，催眠那些不长大脑思考的民众，培养更多的奴性出来，然后维护统治，维护利益，当然是无数血泪上堆的自己的利益。这是我们的中国。

前一阵子的京沪高铁雷击停运给铁路部门造成了很大压力，于是他们表示，这不行啊，
再搞个全线停车媒体不骂翻天吗？ 不行，这车必须开，转入非常站控。

再然后，我们的南站发令了，D3115永嘉发车，遇到红灯不停，目视20KM/h限速。也就是**说了，
您遇到红灯只管往前开，注意点就行！同时为了红灯开车不被计算机阻挠，
D3115的ATP部分关闭，应答机停止工作。也就是D3115开隐身了！它不再向其它列车报告自己的位置。

事故让人难过，事故处理可能有过错。

吸取经验吧。

这是严重违反规则，应该追究发令者和开车者N起过失杀人罪。以惩前闭后。

要吸区教训，骂中国或骂中国政府是没用的。

Thanks for sharing this. I totally agree. We need to learn from all these accidents.

I think this paragragh is important:
“From public transport safety to coal mine safety to food safety, these accidents show that theoretically there is no problem with the conception of safety plans,” the influential site said. “But they are not executed properly.”

有国民教育问题，大家要会习惯于follow the rules.
Of course, we need auditing system and tough punishing rules.

Thanks for sharing. But in the same article, right after the paragraph you selected, they have this,

"Editors of two Beijing-based publications denied receiving such instructions, although they noted that the authorities were mainly releasing information only to official news agencies like Xinhua or CCTV. "
