You are quite right Andrew.  We may want to look at the big picture and then look at the smaller picture.  The small pricture is like just focussing on the washroom issue.  Think about this.  Right now there is nobody preventing a man dressing as woman going into a woman washroom any way if he is not discovered.  Same thing there is nothing preventing a woman dressed up as a man and go into a man's washroom if she is not discovered.  But if there is a disturbance then she/he can always be prosecuted.   In fact right now many places have a wheelchair accessible washroom and either man or woman can use it.  That is not a problem at all.

In any group, there are bad people and they abuse the right soceity gave them in the form of law.   For instance there are welfare frauds.  However should we deny/abolish these rights altogether because some people abuse them or should we not deny these rights but find out how we can stop the abuse.   

Nevertheless, to amend the HR's Code is not a small thing. It is important that we look at every facet and think things through. That is why there is debate in the parliament and various parties can debate about it.   People can also contact their MP and express their opinion - whether you are for or against or suggest amendments etc.  This is part of the democratic process.  
I for one have not had time to  think this through.

上了一节立法课，法律保护了一部分人的RIGHT, 势必损坏另一部分人的RIGHT, 看来我们得多去PM那声述自己的意见

要是通过了受益肯定是女同雪,你没见洗手间排长队是总有个别女同雪混入男洗手间吗,这下可以光明正大的抢了.
