想起来了，是叫phantom move. 教头给解释一下，这门武功是失传了还是被遗弃了？
记得那片子上还show过一专业选手用它参加大回转比赛呢。

PHantom move is the technique taught by Harald Harb's PMTS. It is a combination of puting weight on one foot (stance foot) and then tip the free foot to start the turn. You can go to its website and see the books and videos on sale. You can also borrow them from the library. It is called phantom move becuase you do not see the stance foot doing the turn by twisting the leg but the mechanics tips the edge to do the turning. It is very smooth. I fyou are really interested you should read the book and watch the video. It is not simply a narrow stance at all.

I believe this technique is good for beginner to learn turning. Also it is good practice to feel press outer leg when make turn. But I don't know it will help narrow stance or not.

I am not sure it is easier for beginners as I did not begin with PMTS so I really do not know. However it might be helpful for an intermediate skier (under the CSIA) to start playing with this if there is a tendency to "push out" the outsdie leg to initiate the turn. Also there there is quite a bit of upper body action in PMTS to complement the lower body action.
The way I look at it, it is a good complement to skin a cat. But of course PMTS considers itself the only way. However, many high CSIA levels will not have problem doing any of the drills prescribed by PMTS although they ski using the CSIA teaching method.

对于初学者来说，一个常见的毛病是，当从pizza到并腿拐弯的时候，内侧脚不能放松或抬起，最后导致拐不过来或摔倒。所以我总是教他们抬起内侧脚（我是不是毁人无数啊

）。但是如果滑猫狗的话，这种技术就不行了。谁见过单脚滑猫狗的？所以narrow stance应该是指的双脚。
