牛老板自己在贴子里说要 ski with no flexion to develop pressure by moving in, not down
这条说的太好了,我们都是靠往前跪给雪板加压的。。。。
赶脚牛老板要不就是哪次是在忽悠,也不就是心口不一。
这C派也够坑爹的。 尼玛到level 3才教 no flexion

Performance Tactics
Discover the Carving Feeling
Skiing faster on parallel edges opens the door to carving. For
intermediate skiers, the carving may be crude and inconsistent.
However, it is important to develop a feel for the turning potential
of the equipment.
Increase Speed on Flat Terrain
Use flat, groomed terrain as an opportunity to ski faster. A serpentine
turn shape down the fall line will match the natural turn radius
of most contemporary skis. Increasing speed forces the skier to
lean into the turn and use inclination to balance against the turning
forces. Stay centred and mobile.
Tactics :基本就是冲坡和内脚滑两样:-)
• Inside ski turns for lateral balance.
• Hopping through turns for a relaxed and centred stance.
• Skiing at maximum speed on minimum terrain.
• Serpentine turns – shallow deflections down the hill – let the
sidecut do the work.
Use Drills that Explore Ski Sidecut
Acquire a feel for skis that are not skidding. Choose a low traffic
area to try traverses on the sidecut of the skis. Check the tracks
to see if there are clean lines in the snow.
LVL3:
Performance Tactics
Pushing the Limits
Fast skiing creates a need for a solid grip against the snow and for
balancing further to the inside of the turn. These dynamics create
many possibilities for excitement. Like leaning a bicycle, the lean
is only limited by the grip of the skis and the speed of the turn, and
the physical capability of the skier. Some aspects of performance
skiing are only discovered by exploring the boundaries of speed
and physical capabilities.
Edging and Pressure Control
High performance skiing uses the balance on the platform of a
working ski to build forces. Stay tall and relaxed while balancing
to the inside of the turn. Loading the skis is a result of edge grip
and turning. Skiers that use flexion to apply pressure will have difficulty
experiencing this sensation. Flexion should be used more
as a means of controlling or reducing the load on the skis to exit
the turn, guiding the feet underneath as the mass crosses over.

• “Bend and stretch” turns, bending through the cross-over and《===练TRANSITION
stretching through the turn.
• Retracting the feet through the cross-over. 《==== 练RELEASE BY FLEX |
