Follow the Interski team as they build turn shapes for the demonstration slope in Argentina 2015. The team will train specific movement patterns for a desired objective of speed and turn shape. This expert turn shape is designed to showcase a direction change through the use of angulation and releasing the edge to glide with momentum to the next falline. this is stage 1 of the turn builder series. Stay tuned as the team progresses. More videos to come through the end of the season.

为嘛都站很直, RELEASE 时.......
开始做练习, RELEASE GLIDE 还可以理解,后面PUT IT BACK TOGETHER 好象也这样啊....

猫猫不是让我除了上缆车排队把板放平外，滑雪的时候也要耐心放平一些吗？不要老去追求那点小反弹。
