Saw a very big frog, lots of turtle and big mushroom during the long weekend! This eco must be healthy - they say the frogs are the first signs to go if there is polution.

Guys I have updated. Two more picutres. The big mushroom on a fallen tree and the other view of the big frog from the other side where I took another photo. All this time I was kayaking around it taking pictures and the frog did not move.

The ones you saw were the Snapping Turtle. They are quite agressive and snap at your fingers or hand. They have teeth. You do not want to monkey with them that's for sure. Their legs are strong too. There are ones that look like the crocs and they are the Croc turtle. Even more ugly than Snapping turtle.
