回来想了一下大白滑雪以外要注意的事情，作为以后的参考。其他人补充吧。

Flight
Westjet has direct flight between Kelowna and Toronto. The schedule is limited and price could be higher. However, it can be considered as it will save time and avoid delay in transfer.

Hotel
For staying for more than 2-3 days, a full kitchen is important. Take time to carefully read the description for each room when you book.

Chateau Big White and White Foot Lodge are the best for location. However, they are other hotel options available. The downside is that they are few steps away from village centre.

Grocery
If you stay longer than 2-3 days, it's better to bring dry food from Toronto and buy grocery, soft drink, and alcohol in Kelowna. In Big White village it has a small grocery store. But the selection is very limited and price is very high.

Medical Clinic
There is a medical clinic in White Foot Lodge. However, there is no fixed hours that the doctor is on duty (Doctor may not be there when you walk in). You have to make an appointment to see doctor, or call 911 in emergency.

Equipment Rental
Big White has ski/snowboard for rent at reasonable price. In a powder day, it may be worth to rent a powder ski. It's very hard to use carving ski in powder.
