See today's www.Torontostar.com for details about this  Opera about the 1972 historical event.    I think it might have started yesterday.  It is a contemporary opera and would be quite interesting.   I have a title where if you click you can get connected to the blog but I do not know how to put that title on for you to click.

Thank you so much Icebeauty!  Some one sent me another one yesterday but I did not know how to post it.  That one is more of an introduction of the opera.  The one you posted is a review which is great as the show was premiered yesterday.   I am looking forward to it as the review seems quite favourable and it is different from the classics where all things are predictable and expected.   Even the interjection of the Red Detachment ladies Army ballet by Mao's wife would be really interesing.   I may have an extra ticket for the performance of Feb 24 if my partner cannot go.  Perpas there will be a show of interest from the crowd here (around $40 - subscription price).  I am looking foward to be able to read the subtitles now that I have "new" eyes.

No problem Snowspring.  It is easy.  When you click the "adding hyperlink" button, the pop up window has 2 field, you paste title on upper field, and paste link in lower field.  You have 2 ways to get the link -  a) copy the URL field from the page you have opened; b)  before you open the title, move mouse to the title, then click right button of mouse, choose "Copy link location".

By the way, I am interested in watch the opera:)  I think Nixon was a capable but unlucky politician.  He was defeated by JFK in early election campaign.  Then he had to step down due to Water Gate scandal.

My problem is that the link was sent to me in an email.  It is just a title with a blue colour and when you click you will access the article.   I do not know how I can go to the email when I am writing a post.
Would you be interested to see it on Feb 24?  If you do I will pm you when my partner knows for sure the schedule.   Would it be too far for you to travel on a Thursday night ?

What applications you are using to read email and browse www.skichinese.com.  I prefer to use FireFox.  You can switch among active applications.

I am afraid I do not know too much.  I use microsoft outlook for e mail and Internat Explorer.  i do not know other things.
