单板平滑之初级教程

大雪封门，Work from Home. 工作成绩是上网找到了这个单板平滑教程。个人觉得非常不错。信息量很大，覆盖了board pressing, ollie, nollie, butter, 走鸭步。而且还有中文字幕。贴出来大家讨论。

借这里问一个困扰了我很久的问题：
我的板，我觉得很难做到抬起10公分。

这是因为：
1. 我不敢过于往后仰？
还是
2. 我的板太硬？

这个问题可能比较复杂，说说我自己的例子。
我原来的板是burton dominate 154，是个park板，flex也是3。我在平地上可以抬起10公分。最近换了块gnu pickle 150，也是park板、但flex是5。这块板我抬不到10公分。我自己分析，可能有两个原因：一是新板短、硬；二是原来的板两脚间距较宽，现在的板较窄（新版因为短，间距无法调到原来的板宽）。

你的板标注是all mountain板，而且专门提到用camber做的，我不知道这个flex3和park板是否一样。另外你可以把binding间距调宽一点试试。
