Yeah I was pleasantly surprised too on how well he did even though he did struggle through the long program as well. But his footwork and artistic touches were begond everyone. That is for sure. Interesting to hear Kurt Browning commented that after the short program " He fell three times but i was not worried". patrick's quad was a beautiful to watch. On the other hand Cynthia Pleuneuf was first after the short but fell to fourth after the long program. Just the opposite of what Patrick did.
