One more tips, the choice between a longer or a shorter shaped ski, shorter is better. When I demoed my “go-to”/ first choice skis, a Solomon 1080 foil, tried 174cm first, it performed better on the groomed runs, but put me into backseat on moguls, so I exchanged it for a 166cm (next down size), then everything falls into place, I can do anything I want with these skis without any hesitation, and that’s how I have found my go-to skis.

And one more trick, if you are into carving turns, but have only conventional setting skis, and feel your skis carving performance sluggish/won’t carve, try to move the binding forward half-an-inch to an inch, which would make the skis become a carver instantly. 那要看你是滑什麼雪，短的雪板好轉但是轉多了就慢，長的雪板快但是不易操作，要是你能把這兩個雪板都滑的“挺好用”的話，你的技術好。我還沒見過“兩米” 的“shape skis”。
