IceBeauty: Sunday, finally get tennis basket mounted after bought at least 1.5 years.  The screws and washers are not fit!  Luckily I found right one from a parts bin.  First time practice serving myself!

IceBeauty: 5km breaks another workout record. Per km is 10s faster than that on last Friday.  Wearing skort my legs feel easier.  But mentally I still feel tough due to lack of patience.

IceBeauty: cycling ~20km along beach from TT park to east end then turn to west to Bay Street.  Watch very beautiful sunset.  If I had bike light mounted and brought reflection stip with me I would stay late.
