最近投资了一个Chalet，有朋友感兴趣的可以合伙

La Maison Verte 地址： Mont-Tremblant, QC J8E 2M5

Large windows offer relaxing and spectacular views of the river. An open concept interior, wood fireplace (ready to use by October 2013), this cottage can comfortably host 4 people.

BBQ, Wi-Fi, sound system, patio furniture on balcony.

• 2 bedrooms: 1 queen bed, 1 double bed
• 1 bathroom
• Linens, towels supplied
• Smokers allowed: No
• Animals allowed; up to 40 pounds, not permitted on furniture

可以按天，按周和按月租

圣诞新年当然出租，那是投资房要赚银子的
