I think there is a good reason that both Lupo and Lupo wife are in such good shape. They practice what they teach? Lupo has no choice as he is being fed, but then he will not need other choices looking at all the nice dishes he is fed! Hip Hip Hurray! Way to go.
I agree with Lupo's wife. Diet can make a bg difference on your life expectency. We have a guy from the ski club he is 86 but he skis every where and every weekend. The secret - he always brings his own food - very healthy food. He never touches the "bad" snacks that others bring to share after Wednesday skiing. He is quite a guy.
If I am still skiing at 86 I will be very contented! (skiing? Let alone living!)

When we were born and while we increased our muscles are still forming and our flexibility stays high until about 11 or 12 years old. It is enough to remember when you was a child and as you could assume positions that today would have difficulties to get. Although in some adults that flexibility stays for a long, in the most of the people it will never return, as long as it have an appropriate training. The great gymnasts never stop working your own flexibility. This way, when adults, they still get do things that any baby would never do! It means if you are adult and is "unstretchful" don't worry because it can get back your flexibility. If you are still child, great!
