I think so, but it's the same if you ask the seller to ship to you.
And some sellers don't ship to canada but if you really want to buy them, you can use their services as a workaround.
e.g.
levelnine sports does not ship ski boots to canada
and the WISE 2086 Electronic stringing head is not shipped to Canada by the vendor.

你去美国滑雪让人家把东西运到你住的地儿不就结了。

美国东西真便宜啊。 俺们去年往俺在丹佛的朋友家运了不少东东， 大到手提， 小到一块肥皂都没放过。 我朋友说， 他有个朋友连方便面都在网上买。
