BTW looks like Argiope aurantia (Black and Yellow Argiope) - Picture 42 in Google

also " Dorsal view of a female at the hub of her orb web; notice the white zigzag of silk, which is known as the "stabilimentum"

also "All spiders, including Argiopes, are venomous. But, this venom is only harmful to the insects it feeds upon, not to humans. Even the largest Argiope in the world, the Giant Golden Web Orb Weaver Spider of Papua New Guinea cannot harm a human with it's bite. This spider is even bigger than most Tarantulas and it's web sags under it's weight. Beautiful and docile creatures they are. "

So to answer the question of Luvski it is not poisonous to humans
