周日(May 20)，BC省可以看到日环食，多市只能看到日偏食。

Please don't look directly into the sun.

我们以前的经验是，用那种老式的电脑磁碟片，用手slide open the medal cover to the side，然后透过里面的磁存储片看太阳，如果光线强度还是太强，用两个磁片叠加起来。

(Just tested with 2 disks. Works fine.)

看了两次也没看到日食，才发现Web page 里的时间时pacific time。多市就是8:30pm到9:40pm。

你得赶紧跳进汽车, 一口气往西开一个时区出去, 不然看不到

ZT: 今天起个大早兴匆匆，找个空旷的地方看日环食。一个头套黑色丝袜的男人，鬼鬼祟祟，鬼鬼祟祟。。。是入室抢劫的吧，不敢靠近。男人慢慢靠近我，恐慌。。。他说：姑娘，套个袜子看吧，这样不会伤害眼睛。
