A man and a woman were killed Wednesday when a large avalanche rolled over a group of heli-skiers in British Columbia's Bonnington Mountain range.

we've got a deeply buried, what we call persistent weakness in the snowpack. So, down a metre to a metre and a half, maybe two metres in some places, there's a weakness in the snowpack. And if you hit the sweet spot, you could trigger a very, very large and destructive avalanche. And your chances of surviving it could be very low

人生其实可短暂了，眼睛一闭一睁，一场雪过去了，眼睛一闭不睁，一辈子雪都过去了。这个滑雪其实和吃饭一样样的，有人啃羊腿能够啃的嘴抽筋抽死，有人看着羊腿哈喇子流到脱水而死，有人肉包子吃到撑死，有人眼馋的只能吧唧嘴到郁闷死，反正都是死，看你想咋死？
