skiing is very simple, very simple, you got two skis, so you want them to be on edge and fully engaged to the snow, just do that, and you can be very fast and stable. what is the problem? :D

You don't even need to put them on edge. Just put on skis and go, don't worry anything else. Enjoy and be happy.
