This looks like the skier has gone to ski this turn in the same way as the successful turn above however the slope changes angle and the snow looks to be soft therefore the level of inwards lean is to much and the outside ski losers grip! Not a huge problem just needs to learn to read the terrain better, I would say . . .
This guy actually is very close. He needs to add angulation to his body position. He has to much inclination which causes him to lean and bank to much into the center of the turn. This is causing him to over rotate and is disrupting his overall balance. Getting him to a strong inside position in the shaping phase of the turn will free him up to use his lower body to apply more pressure to his edges. The result will be a nice carved turn and put him in a balanced position so that in the finishing phase of the turn he can easily move his CM into the new turn.
