First, you need to upload to YouTube. Then, in your post here click youtube icon and link to youtube video.

Jeff is right. Also u need to convert the video into a format that YouTube accepts,such as mpeg4,or .mov etc.check the YouTube website for details.good luck and looking forward to seeing ur first video.
