• Issued for 5 winter seasons and 5 summer seasons, consecutively, as per years indicated on pass;
• Takes effect from the signing of the notarized deed of sale of qualified land OR real estate product;
• Valid for a "family" as defined under the current policies of Ski Bromont;
• The purchaser of qualified land OR real estate product shall have the privilege of starting the pass during the course of a season already underway (which therefore counts as a full season) or have the card made valid starting from the following season;
• In order to be honoured, the pass must be presented at Ski Bromont's customer service counter;
• Membership cards may only be issued for the years listed on the pass;
• No extensions, no going back (to years in which membership cards have not been issued) will be permitted;
• Can be transferred once only, in any of the following circumstances:
Pass has never been previously activated;
If the person or company purchasing the qualified land OR real estate product sells it before the expiration of the years covered by the pass, they may then transfer the pass to the purchaser for the period remaining;
The person or company purchasing the land OR eligible real estate product must present their deed of sale to the representative of Ski Bromont Immobilier to take advantage of the transfer of pass.
• Not convertible into cash; not exchangeable. No refunds on passes already purchased.
• Since this “family pass” privilege is tied to a real estate promotion, it has no monetary replacement value
