小弟愚见，斑竹不能以个人好恶删贴，所以斗胆立了这个规矩，只要话题不针对论坛ID就行。以此为标准，关了她的贴，x了一些回复，是希望就此打住，免得链式反应升温。在此过程中，也动了两位老大的贴，还望海涵。

I am not part of authority - like the "ban ju". I suppose ban ju listens to all the ideas and then he/she makes the decision and I am OK with that. There are many voices at the forum. When there are personal stories and voices there is of course a problem of privacy and it is important whatever we write do not taint other friends from the forum. The trick is to strike the balance - being able to express one's feeling without intruding into other people's privacy.

The forum allows us to express our own stories - like if we broke a bone, tore a muscle, and when we express on the forum we generally get a lot of advice, sympathy, kind words - which is all good. We need friends, albeit virtual to help us get through the day. It is comforting. I look at it the same way if we loose a friend, love of our life, a partner, I have no objection to people expressing their feeling on the forum. As a reader, I would tend to be much less judgmental when people are expressing their feeling due to the loss of something or when they are already in a state of pain. They need a space to express their feelings, share the pain. As readers it is more helpful to share with them what one can do instead of what one should not do in those situations. Hopefully at the forum we are allowed to share feelings in a way not to affect other friends' privacy on the forum. It works well when the forum "ban ju" has the latutude to exercise his/her discretion to do the appropriate things when confronted with such a problem. We shoulod respect the ban jus' decision unless it is patently unreasonable.

Lulu有3件宝
1. 文字水平，主要是他写的很多我都看不懂。
2. 滑雪进步之快，可能有比他进步更快的，但我对Lulu印想最深。
3. 版主出不出手，出多重之间的拿捏
