请问最少多少人bus可以成行？若果Bus能在东西各多设一个pickup点，可能更受欢迎。

This is better. Is there cancellation policy - by either the client or the bus company? Also I suggest another pickup point within the city e.g. Yorkmill subway station which is easy to access 401 and then 400/ That way people using ttc can also access the bus. Perhpas a 1 45 p.m. pick up at that point would be good. This is a very good service.

Thanks snowspring for your suggestion and encouragement.

Payment will be refunded in case of cancelation by the bus company. Due to the very limited time window and high work load, cancelation by the clients is not accepted at this moment. But will see as the thing goes.

Yorkmill subway station is a good idea. But multiple pickup/dropoff locations extends the dirver's working hour a lot which will increase the cost of the trip. But again I'll keep all your suggestion in mind and adjust here and there as the thing goes...

人太少人均车费太高不划算
